From April 19th to April 23rd, 2021, Kinhom successfully completed a one week national elite shopping guide training in the furniture city of Houjie, Dongguan. This training combines theory with practical experience to fundamentally help end stores solve sales problems and improve the efficiency of sales skills for sales guides.
Brand is an intangible asset and an important driving force for consumers to transition from identification and liking to love! As one of the earliest companies in China to produce mattresses, Kinhom has gone through 32 years of brand accumulation and its products have already entered thousands of households. During the training process, provide in-depth explanations on the company's development to brand culture, allowing students to fully understand the company's brand charm and solidify their professional knowledge in the brand aspect.
Introducing products to customers is the most basic skill for all sales guides and a compulsory course that must be mastered. Different mattresses have different target groups and their respective selling points. In this training, the teacher will start from the structure of the mattress and provide detailed explanations on the skin friendly layer of the fabric, the filling and pressure relief layer, and the spring support layer. The product will bring customers what value and help students have a clearer understanding of the product's selling points.
Efficient skills can make sales more efficient. In response to the problem of customers having no clue and difficult to expedite orders, this training focuses on explanation. In the classroom, each team is also allowed to simulate various offline sales scenarios on-site, which can calmly cope with different sales scenarios and comprehensively improve everyone's sales skills.
The performance of a store is closely related to the team. This training will be conducted in the form of a team, dividing sales guides from all over the country into five teams. The groups will compete and learn from each other using a points system, and ultimately establish rankings based on the points system. This is to motivate every student present, allowing everyone to appreciate the importance of teamwork, experience team spirit, and clarify common goals.
